Register with the email/phone number.

The email/phone number wallet means you can register/login to the eos.io system with the email/phone number.

How to register an EOS account with the email?

Step 1:

Select the blockchain like EOS first, then [No Account] > [Email/Phone].

Step 2:

Fill your email address and tap [Get Code], input the verification code received by your email. Tap [Next] to set your account name and password.

Step 3:

Confirm your account name and email address, then tap [Get Code] to purchase the activation code. Once complete, your account will be activated on the main net.

How to register an EOS account with the phone number?

Step 1:

Select the blockchain like EOS first, then [No Account] > [Email/Phone].

Step 2:

Fill your phone number and tap [Get Code], input the verification code received by your phone. Tap [Next] to set your account name and password.

Step 3:

Confirm your account name and phone number, then tap [Get Code] to purchase the activation code. Once complete, your account will be activated on the main net.

Notes:

1. Is it safe for users?

It will provide one of the owners permissions to TokenPocket, which is held by a multi-signature account, and only can be used to log in, that permission can be removed by users manually as they need.

2. Why we need the email/phone number wallet?

Which can reduce the barrier for new users who don't know much about the public/private key pair and the accounting system of the eos.io.

And it provides a way to recover the private key for those users who may lose asset due to lost the private key or wallet.
